Standard cancellation
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the stay: no charge
- Cancellations 3–7 days before the stay: 50% of the first night may be charged
- Cancellations within 72 hours: first night may be charged in full
- No-shows: full first night charged

Holiday cancellations
Holiday bookings are in high demand. Cancellations within 14 days of a holiday stay may be charged at higher percentages — we'll be clear about this when you book.
Sick dogs and emergencies
If your dog gets sick or there's a family emergency, talk to us. We try to be reasonable when life happens.
