What we have in place
- Pet-care liability insurance
- Pet first aid and CPR certification
- Fully fenced outdoor play areas
- Established relationships with local Rockland County vets
- Detailed intake on every dog's health, feeding, and emergency contacts
- Small group sizes so we can supervise carefully
Replace with actual insurance carrier name and details if you want to be more specific.
If your dog has a medical emergency
- We immediately assess the situation and stabilize your dog.
- We contact you (and your emergency contact if we can't reach you).
- We take your dog to your regular vet if open, or to a local emergency vet.
- We keep you informed every step of the way.
You'll have given us authorization and vet info during the meet and greet, so we can act quickly.
What to ask any dog boarding provider
- Are you insured?
- Where do dogs actually sleep?
- How many dogs are on-site at one time?
- Is anyone with the dogs overnight?
- What's your emergency procedure?
- What vaccinations do you require?
- Can I see the space?
If you don't get clear answers to those, look elsewhere.
