Last-minute boarding
Plans change. Sometimes you need boarding in a hurry. Here's what we can — and can't — do on short notice.
For existing clients
If your dog has already done a meet and greet and is known to us, short-notice or same-day boarding is often possible — just call or text as early as you can. Existing clients always get priority.
For new dogs
We can't take a new dog into boarding without a meet and greet first. This protects your dog and the dogs already staying with us. In a real emergency, we'll do our best to help you find a reputable alternative.
If you travel for work or family emergencies
Many of our regulars do a meet and greet early in the relationship specifically so they have a backup plan ready. If you know you might need short-notice boarding in the future, get the meet and greet done now — when you don't urgently need it.
