We know in today's world things change all the time and at the last minute. So with that said House of paws cancellation policy is pretty flexible. We just ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice if by chance your plans change and you would not be needing our services. If it is within 24 hours we will charge only one nights rate. We only watch a limited amount of dogs ,
