Booking a boarding stay is simple. Here's the process and what we need from you.

The booking process
- Reach out. Call, email, or use the contact form with your dates and basic dog details.
- Meet and greet. Required for every new dog before any overnight stay.
- Confirm. Once we've met your dog and agreed on the fit, we lock in your dates.
- Drop off. Arrive during your scheduled drop-off window with food, meds, and your dog's familiar things.
- Stay updated. We'll send you check-ins so you can travel without worrying.
How far in advance to book
- Standard stays: 1–2 weeks of notice is comfortable.
- Holidays: Book 4–8 weeks in advance — Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, July 4th, and spring break fill up fastest.
- Summer: Book early — summer is our busiest season.
- Last-minute: Possible for existing clients when space allows. See last-minute info.
